Manage delivery tickets

When to use this procedure
Follow the steps below to add, edit, or delete delivery tickets.
Steps to complete
- On the Modules menu, point to Customer, then to Delivery Ticket, then click Add/Change Delivery Ticket. The Pick Customer window displays.
- Locate the customer for whom you want to create a delivery ticket and click Select. The Delivery Ticket window displays.
- Click Add. The boxes clear so you can begin entering a new ticket.
- In the Location box, select the store location to which you want to associate the delivery ticket.
- In the Ref# box, enter the reference/invoice number with which the delivery tickets should be associated.
- In the Type box, select the type of transaction for which the delivery ticket should be associated.
- In the Delivery Date boxes, enter a delivery date and time for the item(s) on the associated reference or invoice.
- Complete any remaining boxes on the window as necessary.
- Click Save.
- On the Modules menu, point to Customer, then to Delivery Ticket, then click Add/Change Delivery Ticket. The Pick Customer window displays.
- Locate the customer for whom you want to create a delivery ticket and click Select. The Delivery Ticket window displays.
- In the grid, highlight the delivery ticket you want to modify.
- Update or revised the information in any box as necessary.
- Click Save.
- On the Modules menu, point to Customer, then to Delivery Ticket, then click Add/Change Delivery Ticket. The Pick Customer window displays.
- Locate the customer for whom you want to create a delivery ticket and click Select. The Delivery Ticket window displays.
- In the grid, highlight the delivery ticket you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
- On the confirmation window that displays, click Yes.
